I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness in my room. roaches were crawling everywhere! The check-in process was a nightmare, with no one available to help at 3 PM. To make matters worse, I couldn't even get a coffee cup to enjoy the coffee they provided.

I also didn’t appreciate the hefty deposit for potential damages, especially when I had no intention of causing any. This place could be fantastic with just a bit more consistent management and attention to customer needs.
